Letter of Intent | Build The City Initiative

To Whom It May Concern:

For the purposes of this Letter of Intent, "FORCE Program" shall mean the life-changing introduction to software development and entrepreneurship for students of all ages.

"The Build the City Initiative" shall mean the not-for-profit community initiative established to support communities and spread the philosophy of the FORCE Program.

Partners (“Partners”) will support The Initiative (those achieving the pre-requisite criteria for being listed on the Build the City website) across the relevant geographic region(s). Partners will encompass and build upon the basic ethos and core aspects of The Initiative, which all programs are founded on.

All Partners are committed to operating under the guidance and objectives of the Build The City Initiative (“The Initiative”) – a charitable organization registered in the State of Georgia USA and subject to the relevant laws in the State of Georgia.

Partners will provide their commitments to the programs of Build the City Initiative designed on a per partnership basis upon signature of an Official Commitment Agreement.

Partnerships will be established as either an identified individual or a legal entity that is registered within the appropriate jurisdiction. If you are an individual, leave the “Business Name” field blank.

This Letter of Intent is not a legal obligation and may be changed at both Parties' discretion.
